Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission by law requires all bar owners in the State of Texas to be bonded for $5,000,  or $10,0000 if you are within 1000 feet of a school.

*$600 for a Two or Tree year term for a $5,000 bond.
*$725 for a Two or Three year term for a $10,000 bond.
