Credentials include certifications as MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and CNA (Certified Novell Administrator). Formal training was at the Southern Methodist University, School of Engineering and Applied Science in Dallas Texas.
