Instructions
to Renew your Texas Notary Commission
(The renewal process is the same as the initial appointment process)
All applications are
processed the same day that we receive them.
1.
Download the State Application
and complete. Please note the new rules are that the application
does not have to be notarized by the applicant. The application
is now acceptable in a two 1-sided pages or one 2-sided page. Please note, the application
has
two places on the back side for your signature and one signature
on the front side. Missing signatures will delay the issue of your
notary commission.

2. Enclose
your payment (a.) by check of money order for $71 made payable to - James Stafford Insurance
Agency or (b.) pay by credit with the attached form.

3. Mail your
payment or payment authorization form with your application to:

Once your paperwork is
received, we will process and forward to the Secretary of State in Texas
along with the proper filing fees.
